Persia Briones graduated from Culinary school in 1995 from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She has worked as Executive Chef for the Blue Willow Inn, Magnolia Hall and The University of Georgia. She has worked as a chef at Five and Ten here in Athens and is currently the Training Table Chef for UGA student athletes at the Georgia Center. She caters special events held at the Catholic Center and her team of volunteers prepares our student Sunday Night Dinners. Her goal is to help our students get a good "home cooked" meal and to feel welcome at the Center.
